findingbrittMy name is Brittany. I am 22 years old. I'm 5'9 and I am in love. I am a waitress in a big chain restaurant that is known for having people "come hungry, [and] leave happy" I am going to go to school to be a BSN so I can work in a hospital and change lives

This originally was strictly a weight loss blog until I gained all that weight back plus a few pounds. I'm sitting somewhere near 320lbs .

I want to be more than just my weight or my size and I know many people see me as much more than that but I don't. I still don't see how anyone can look past what is staring them dead in the face My life has become so much more than about losing weight. While losing weight is the main motive and mostly what I talk about. I also am a new person. Or I am becoming a new person, slowly but surely.

I have a new outlook on an old life. I've become somewhat religious... in a sense. Thats really a work in progress for me. I am considering giving up meat and eventually all animal products. I want to be a fitness buff. When I make it to 70 lbs lost I am going to become a certified Zumba instructor.

I like to think I am smart. I know I am a smart ass. I tried for so long to make everyone like me that at this point if you don't like me, you aren't meant to. I can keep my friends laughing for hours If you find me funny, I love you.

Once upon a time the social norm was for another person to own me. If people weren’t gung ho anti something would I be a slave today? Would I be able to vote or get a job? Being anti something isn’t always a bad thing. Stick to your beliefs, sometimes it’s not about minding your business. Thanks everyone who is anti something! My family didn’t have a voice for generations, so I will voice mine as often as needs be. P.s. don’t be a dick head about people’s personal beliefs though.
